• Do not select PRN or contract roles unless specifically approved.

Step 3: Actively Exclude SNFs and Long-Term Care
Do not apply to jobs that mention:

• Skilled Nursing Facility
• SNF
• Long-term care
• Rehabilitation center
• Nursing home
• Behavioral health
• Psychiatric facility

If the posting mentions a nursing home, it does not count.


Step 4: Read the Job Description Carefully
Before applying, confirm:

1. The unit is pediatric
2. The setting is inpatient or hospital-based
3. The role is bedside CNA, PCA, or PCT
4. Patients are admitted for medical care​
