However, for those aiming to obtain Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification by leveraging their Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience, it is important to note that specific requirements must be met.

Through the CA BVNPT Method#5, CNA experience can be utilized toward meeting these criteria, enabling a streamlined transition to becoming an LVN.

We not only guide you through the necessary steps to achieve your educational and career goals, but we also provide comprehensive academic support to ensure your success. Our dedicated instructors offer personalized guidance, structured coursework, and NCLEX-PN review sessions to help you prepare with confidence. From in-depth pharmacology training to test-taking strategies, we equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to pass the NCLEX-PN exam and advance in your nursing career.

How to Get Started

1. Contact Us

• Call 909-534-4812 for CNA to LVN application assistance.
• Our team will review your CPC application with you before submission to ensure it is complete and meets all requirements.

2. Create an Account

• Visit apply.capreparatorycollege.com to create an account.
• Use a Google account for access to online materials. Be sure to use the same email address for all interactions with us.

3. Complete the Application

• Provide your personal details, educational background, and work experience.
• Save your progress as needed while collecting required information.

4. Choose Your Class Format

• Online Classes: One class per week, flexible schedule, and instructor support Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (PST).
• In-Person Classes: Saturdays, 8 AM to 2 PM in Riverside, CA.  Instructor support Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (PST).
  Note: Hybrid (combined online/in-person) options are not available.

5. Submit Required Documents

• Upload proof of CNA experience, high school diploma (or equivalent), and other relevant certifications.

6. Submit the Completed Application

• Submit the completed application.

​7. Pay the Registration Fee

• Submit the required Registration fee.

8. Acceptance & Next Steps

• Upon approval, you will receive an official acceptance notification with your enrollment details and important next steps to get started in the program.
